The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 is still months away, but thanks to a series of leaked renders, we already have an idea of what this flagship will look like. This influx of images is likely to get even worse, as third parties are preparing to launch S25-compatible accessories.
Leaker Roland Quandt has released several images of what he claims are clear cases for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. These images include renderings of S25 look-alike phones, and while we don't get much information, there are some details we can glean about what the final phones might look like.
The front renderings of all three phones are not surprising. Samsung has indicated that the Ultra model will definitely have a curved display after abandoning it for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. These models also have a flat-edge design with curved corners, in contrast to the angular design of the Galaxy S24 series. Samsung seems to be adopting design cues from rivals like the iPhone 16 and Google Pixel 9.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra case also has a larger camera cutout than the other two, suggesting we will see the same four-camera layout as last year. Perhaps this means that the rumors of a variable telephoto lens that would merge the two zoom cameras into one lens may not materialize this time around. Alternatively, if a telephoto lens is to be included, Samsung would have a spare lens to replace the small telephoto camera.
We do not know where these images come from or which company plans to manufacture these cases. The fact that they are simple clear cases also doesn't tell us much, as they could be released by countless different accessory manufacturers.
Samsung's Galaxy S25 will feature several different upgrades, including a new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra may feature a new 50MP ultra-wide camera lens. all three models are 0 .1 inch or so could be slightly larger, making the S25 Ultra the same size as the larger iPhone 16 Pro Max.
However, the screen technology and battery may remain more or less the same as the Galaxy S24. In other words, Samsung may have to rely on Galaxy AI and other software features to make the phone interesting for upgraders. Samsung's Galaxy S25 hub
