Apple has announced its Black Friday 2020 sale, which will begin on November 27 and continue through Cyber Monday Apple's official Black Friday sale is similar to what Apple has been doing in previous years, offering up to $150 in Apple gift cards with the purchase of select devices
The promotion is available online and in person at Apple Stores in the US and UK For example, a new 16-inch MacBook Pro will give you the full $150/£120 back, while something smaller like AirPods or AirPods Pro will only give you a $25/£20 gift card This is similar to the Apple Black Friday deals we saw earlier
The largest $150 discount is reserved for the aforementioned 16-inch MacBook Pro or the 215-inch iMac desktop computer; if you prefer the older models of the 13-inch MacBook Pro or MacBook Air without the M1 chip, you can save $50/£40 is available, but these can only be obtained at the Apple Store, not ordered online
Unfortunately, the iPhone 12 is not available through this promotion However, if you are looking to buy a slightly older model like the iPhone 11 or iPhone XR, or if you like the look of the iPhone SE, you can get $50/£40 back in the form of a gift card
If you want an Apple Watch, the Apple Watch Series 3 is offered in the form of a $25/£20 gift card Unfortunately, there are no offers for the new Apple Watch Series 6 or Apple Watch SE
Prospective tablet buyers will have a limited selection of models to choose from: the 11" or 129" iPad Pro or the iPad Mini iPad Pro buyers will receive a $100/£80 gift card and Mini buyers will receive a $50/£40 gift card
For smart home devices, the HomePod will be discounted $100/£80 and the Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K will be discounted $50/£40 Unfortunately, there is no promotion for the new HomePod Mini
Finally, if you want to buy Beats headphones, $50/£40 will be given back on five eligible headphone/earphone models, including the excellent PowerBeats Pro sport earphones
The only question that remains is what to buy with the gift card You could use it to buy yourself accessories to go with your new gear, or you could use it to buy more Apple tech products in the future On the other hand, there are plenty of Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, and Apple One to help you get more out of your new device
