The Digitimes article confirms an earlier report by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who said in late November that an iPad with a mini-LED display would appear in the first half of 2021 Earlier, however, Kuo had said that the iPad Pro would be available in late 2020, so unless Apple makes a surprise announcement on New Year's Eve, a 2021 release date seems likely
