Apple says it has also addressed the switch control issue under the accessibility umbrella and made it possible to answer a phone call from the lock screen.

In terms of improvements, iOS 14.4 adds a pop-up alert that notifies the user if the camera cannot be verified as a genuine Apple model. According to Apple, this alert can be triggered starting with the iPhone 12 series, but it is not yet known if it will work with earlier generations.

Additionally, the camera can now recognize smaller QR codes (if you use QR codes regularly) and iOS users now have the option to classify the type of Bluetooth device in "Settings."
